Preparation for your photo shoot

To achieve a clean, bright, and spacious look that makes your property shine in photos, we recommend the following preparations :

Indoors

At the Entrance: Move shoes, coats, and bags to make the space feel more open and welcoming.

In the Kitchen: Remove dishes, sponges, dish towels, the trash can, cleaning products, and all small appliances from the countertops.

In the Bathroom: Put away shampoo bottles, soap, towels, toothbrushes, and cosmetics. Also, be sure to close the toilet lid.

In All Rooms: Put away personal items like family photos, remotes, magazines, and any clothes that are lying around.
For optimal lighting, open all curtains and blinds and turn on every light.

Outdoors

For a great first impression, please ensure you:

Clear the Driveway and Yard: Remove cars, trash cans, garden hoses, and any other unnecessary items.

Important : For an efficient photo shoot, it’s essential that your property is fully prepared before our photographer arrives.

Please remove any items you don’t wish to see in the photos, as our photographer doesn’t move any objects or furniture during the shoot.
